About Bosko's Trattoria

Bosko's Trattoria is an Italian restaurant that opened in Calistoga in March 1983 under the name Bosko's Pasta Deli. Back then, founder Jon Seeger's main goal was just to make fresh pasta and killer espresso. But as the business evolved, so did the menu -- into the kind of authentic, fresh Italian cuisine that makes eating out a joy for the senses.

Today, three decades later, Boskos is still all about freshness, and here is what set's us apart:
Sauces made with fresh Cortopassi tomatoes grown from seeds brought over from Italy. Pizza cooked over a walnut-burning wood fired oven, also from Italy. Special semolina flour ground by an Italian-American family in San Francisco. Fresh pasta made in our own kitchen daily and prepared to order. Gluten-free pizza and other gluten-free dishes available. Twenty five California and Italian wines served by the glass, plus a long list by the bottle is also available for take home. More

Can't Get Enough of This Place "Been coming to Boskos for a little over a year now, I have only eaten one dish, the Basilicata. Not everyone knows how to make great pesto, but this place does! Service is nice and friendly, and super fast! Never waited longer than 15 minutes for my food! Update: eating my pesto now! Had ankle reconstruction surgery a few hours ago....Wasn't feeling too great but now things couldn't get any better.
